**Notice:** These guidelines are mandatory for all individuals in attendance at Friday Night Smokes events, including but not limited to members of the Stick Suckers Cigar Club (hereinafter “SSCC”). By attending, all individuals agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge the enforceability of the provisions outlined herein.

A Limited Liability Waiver has been executed by SSCC President Logan Foster on behalf of the organization, indemnifying Saffer Trading Company and its affiliates against all claims arising out of or related to Friday Night Smokes events. Said waiver is a condition precedent to the use of the premises and facilities.

SSCC assumes full responsibility for the actions and conduct of its members and guests. Any damage to the premises, facilities, or property of Saffer Trading Company caused by any attendee shall be the financial and legal responsibility of SSCC and/or the offending party.

Violations of these guidelines by any attendee shall result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to permanent expulsion from SSCC and prohibition from attending future Friday Night Smokes events.

Authorization to conduct Friday Night Smokes at Saffer Trading Company is contingent upon the presence of either Logan Foster or Jordan Foster. In their absence, the event will be postponed or relocated. Official notifications will be made via the SSCC Discord server (for members) and Facebook (for public followers). Alternate hosting at a private residence may be arranged by members at their sole discretion. Non-members are advised to await future public events.

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions shall be made under any circumstances. The presence of minors, including those accompanied by guardians, is strictly prohibited. SSCC does not distribute, sell, or facilitate access to tobacco or alcohol for any individual under the legal age of 21. Compliance is non-negotiable and integral to our liability management practices.

Setup commences at 4:30 PM. SSCC members arriving early are encouraged to assist the designated setup lead (Logan Foster).

Non-members may enter the premises no earlier than 5:00 PM. Early arrivals will be respectfully asked to return at the official start time.

Cleanup begins promptly at 8:00 PM and is a mandatory shared responsibility. Required tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Returning all club-owned materials (e.g., ashtrays, tents, chairs) to designated storage areas.
* Emptying and sanitizing ashtrays.
* Bagging and removing all waste from the premises, including cigars, ashes, food packaging, and beverage containers.

**Note:** No personal items (cups, alcohol, food, chairs, etc.) may be stored on-site. Items left behind will be disposed of without notice.

Members may purchase SSCC-branded YETI Rambler cups for personal use at a rate of $40. Available to members only.

Indoor access to Saffer Trading Company facilities is strictly limited to SSCC members and only for restroom use. Under no circumstances shall guests or non-members enter any indoor area of the premises. Violations may result in removal from the event and further sanctions.

All SSCC members and attendees are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect. This includes appropriate behavior toward other attendees, event hosts, and the property of Saffer Trading Company.

Disrespectful behavior, harassment, disorderly conduct, or property damage will result in immediate expulsion from the premises. Attendance at Friday Night Smokes is a privilege granted by the SSCC and is revocable at any time.

Guests and the general public are welcome to attend Friday Night Smokes. However, attendance does not confer SSCC membership or access to member privileges.

Membership in SSCC is limited and selective. New members are admitted only by vote, in accordance with the club's internal bylaws and procedures.

The commercial sale of tobacco or alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited at all Friday Night Smokes events.

SSCC members may gift cigars at their discretion. Guests are advised to bring their own cigars. Members may provide recommendations for reputable vendors.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted for personal use by SSCC members. Sharing alcohol with non-members or any unapproved guests is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises and may trigger disciplinary measures up to and including permanent expulsion from SSCC.

By attending Friday Night Smokes, all individuals expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the foregoing terms. These guidelines shall be enforced without exception or leniency. SSCC reserves the right to amend or update this document at any time, with or without prior notice.
